Bhumika is a qualified teacher from India, and was working in West Suffolk college until 2015 since then she started helping in kitchen alongside chef Mauli, eventually starting in role as Kitchen manager & Pastry chef she is a great self-taught chef who has a passion for fabulous Indian cooking, and being vegetarian herself will influence the making of Brewers Inn menu.

Bhumika has been part of award-winning team which has won accolades in Great British Pub Awards, Suffolk Food & Drinks Awards, Pub & Bar Magazine Awards on numerous occasion such as Best Pub in Suffolk, Outstanding Customer Service, and reaching finals in Best Newcomer in Top50 Gastropub & Great British Pub Awards 2016. She has also featured in various categories such as Best Food Pub, Best Wine Pub, Best Free House Pub, Best Restaurant in past five years on numerous occasions in Great British Pub Award and Suffolk Food & Drinks Award.

• She will be looking after social media, marketing, and business administration side of operations at Brewers Inn. she will be influencing the team to strive to attain high standards of Indian hospitality which she champions at heart.
